Privacy in one minute
- No Pulseora account or developer-operated health-data server.
- Your health records, profile, self-check answers, reminders, preferences and saved waveforms stay in local app storage.
- Camera frames are processed live for pulse detection and are not saved or uploaded.
- Health data, reminder content and PDF reports are never sent to GameAnalytics, Kochava, Singular, Meta or advertising partners.
- Pulseora currently uses GameAnalytics for limited app analytics and Kochava for install, session and key-event attribution.
- The current Kochava integration does not use IDFA. Any future IDFA access or cross-company tracking would require the applicable Apple App Tracking Transparency permission.
1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Pulseora iPhone app and the Pulseora pages at tsinginc.com, provided by TSINGINC CO., LIMITED (“Tsinginc”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Pulseora is a general wellness app, not a medical device.

2. Health data kept on your device
Your profile details, heart-rate and HRV measurements, stress and energy results, manually entered blood-pressure, blood-sugar, blood-oxygen and weight records, self-check answers, reminders, preferences and saved waveforms remain in local app storage.
Tsinginc does not operate an account system or server that receives this health and profile data. We do not send this data, camera frames, reminder content or PDF reports to GameAnalytics, Kochava, Singular, Meta or any advertising partner. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, audience creation, ad attribution or tracking across apps or websites.
3. Camera and heart-rate checks
If you grant camera permission, Pulseora uses the camera and flash to analyze fingertip color changes in real time for optical PPG pulse detection. Camera frames are processed transiently on your device. They are not added to your photo library, retained as images or uploaded to us.
You can deny or revoke camera access in iOS Settings. Camera-based checks will then be unavailable.
4. Analytics, attribution and advertising
The current Pulseora app uses GameAnalytics for app sessions, remote configuration and experiments, selected app interactions, and diagnostic, crash, performance, app and device information.
Pulseora also currently uses Kochava to measure installs, sessions and the small set of key product, paywall and verified-subscription events that we configure. Kochava is not used to receive health records or reminder content.
Depending on the app version, region and campaign, a future version may also enable:
- Singular for install and re-engagement attribution, sessions, campaign source and selected in-app, subscription or purchase events that we configure.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK for app installs, launches, trial or purchase events, advertising attribution and measurement, audience creation and campaign optimization where permitted.
Not every provider is active in every version or region. Before enabling a provider in a way that changes these practices, we will update this policy, the App Store privacy disclosures and the applicable permission flow.
5. App, device, website and support data
Analytics and attribution services may process install, launch and session times; selected feature or paywall interactions; trial, purchase and subscription events and their value and currency; errors, crashes and performance; device model, operating system and app version; language or region; IP address and approximate country or region; campaign, ad and click information; IDFV or SDK-generated pseudonymous identifiers; and aggregated SKAdNetwork results.
For Kochava specifically, this may include app and device information, IDFV, IP address and an approximate country or region inferred from IP, selected product or paywall interactions, and verified subscription information such as product identifier, price, currency and validation status.
Kochava may also process an Apple installation receipt to validate the app installation. Pulseora does not attach a full purchase or subscription receipt to the Kochava Subscribe event and does not send a standalone transaction identifier.
These services never receive your payment-card details, Apple Account payment credentials, health records, profile health details, camera frames, reminder content, saved waveforms or PDF reports from Pulseora.
The Pulseora website pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts and do not intentionally set advertising cookies. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested path, referrer, date and time, and security events to deliver the pages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and maintain security. Website logs are not linked to your app health records and are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
If you contact support, we process your email address, message and any non-sensitive troubleshooting information you choose to provide so we can respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Please do not send health records or other sensitive information.
6. Tracking permission and your choices
The current Kochava integration does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Before any future access to IDFA, or any future tracking that links your data with other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or advertising measurement, Pulseora will use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request where required.
If you decline, all core features remain available. Pulseora will not access IDFA or permit that cross-company tracking. Limited non-tracking analytics and privacy-preserving or aggregated attribution may continue. You can change the permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7. Sharing, purchases, notifications and backups
App data stored on your device may, according to your settings, be included in an Apple-managed iCloud backup or a device backup stored on your computer. iCloud backups are managed through Apple or iOS settings. Computer backups are controlled by you through Finder, Apple Devices, iTunes or your computer. Neither type of backup is sent to our analytics or advertising providers.
Other than through those backups, health data leaves Pulseora only when you actively export or share it, and only to the destination you choose. That destination’s privacy practices then apply.
Apple processes Pulseora Pro purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive your payment-card or Apple Account payment details. Kochava may receive a verified subscription event, including product identifier, price, currency and validation status. Pulseora does not attach a full purchase or subscription receipt to that Subscribe event and does not send a standalone transaction identifier. This event boundary is separate from the Apple installation receipt that Kochava may process automatically to validate the app installation. Neither Kochava nor our other analytics or attribution providers receive payment credentials.
If you grant notification permission, Pulseora may schedule health reminders and limited onboarding, retention or promotional-offer messages locally on your device. Pulseora does not use a remote notification server for these messages. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
8. Retention, deletion and your rights
Where Pulseora provides a deletion control for an individual local record, you can use it to delete that record. Other app-local data remains until you delete Pulseora. Deleting the app removes its local copy from your device, but an iCloud backup or device backup stored on your computer may remain until you manage it separately.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete analytics or attribution records already transmitted. Providers retain those records under their settings, contracts and legal obligations only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
You may email support@tsinginc.com to request applicable access, deletion, correction, restriction or objection. We may need a device or provider identifier to locate a record.
9. Providers and international processing
Provider data may be processed where the provider or its service providers operate, including outside your country or region, using contractual and technical safeguards. Their notices are:

Pulseora is intended only for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect analytics or advertising data from people under 16. Contact us if you believe a person under 16 has provided such data.
11. Security, changes and contact
Keeping health data local reduces transmission risk, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect your iPhone with a passcode and current system software.
We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by a new updated date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.

12. Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Pulseora requests read-only access to steps, walking and running distance, active energy and resting energy. This data is read and processed only in memory on your device. It is not written to Pulseora’s save file, uploaded to Tsinginc or sent to analytics or advertising providers.
Pulseora does not write health data to Apple Health. You can control or revoke access at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
