1. About these terms

LabelCue is developed and operated by Tsinginc. These terms cover the LabelCue website and any development access that Tsinginc provides. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

LabelCue is in development for iPhone and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Screenshots on this website show the app interface; food examples and their values may be sample data, as indicated beside the images. They are not product endorsements or evidence of a measured accuracy rate.

2. Understand the limits of food information

LabelCue helps explain information on packaged food labels and relate available information to preferences you provide. AI-generated explanations, scores and barcode data can be incomplete or incorrect. A result depends on the information available and the quality of the label image.

Always check the current packaging, ingredients, allergen statements, serving basis and preparation instructions. A preference score is not a food-safety certification. A missing value, ingredient or warning must not be treated as proof that it is absent.

LabelCue does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat conditions, or guarantee that a food is safe for an allergy. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional for decisions about a medical condition, and contact the manufacturer when label information is unclear. You remain responsible for deciding whether the information is suitable for your circumstances.

3. Responsible use

Only submit material you have the right to use. You retain your rights in the material you provide; you allow us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process it as needed to provide the requested analysis and operate the service.

Do not use LabelCue unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade service limits, submit malicious content or infringe another person’s rights. Keep photographs focused on the food label and avoid unnecessary personal information. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or address misuse.

4. Development and availability

New analysis needs an internet connection and third-party services. Features, availability and usage limits can change during development. We do not promise uninterrupted access, support for every label or barcode, a particular analysis time, or a particular result.

This website does not sell a subscription, process payments or provide an App Store download. Any future purchasing options will be described separately when available. Do not rely on preview content as a commitment that every shown feature will be included in a future release.

5. Third parties and privacy

Third-party websites, AI services, product databases, email services and sharing destinations have their own terms. A link or database entry does not mean that Tsinginc endorses its content or can guarantee its accuracy or availability.

Read the Privacy Policy for the current handling of photos, preferences, results, installation information and support requests, including retention limits and matters still being verified before public release. The website’s contact links open your email application; they do not send a message automatically.

6. Rights, updates and contact

Tsinginc and its licensors retain their rights in LabelCue’s software, branding and website content. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you and do not limit rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish material changes on this page with an updated effective date.
