Privacy policy

1. Who we are

TSINGINC CO., LIMITED operates CoinDate. The company is registered in Hong Kong. Support: support@tsinginc.com. Product website: https://tsinginc.com/coinlens/.

For the registered office address, email support@tsinginc.com. We will provide it for legitimate privacy, legal, or regulatory requests.

2. Information the App processes on your device

The following stays on your device unless you copy, share, or back it up yourself (for example with iCloud if you have device backups enabled in iOS):

• Camera frames and photos you capture or pick for identification.
• Identification results, collection entries, history, and settings (including language).
• Complimentary-identification counts and purchase-unlock flags used to run the App.

On-device processing is not a sale of your data and is not shared with Tsinginc unless a feature you use sends it (see below).

3. Information we receive

3.1 You choose to contact us

If you email support@tsinginc.com, we receive your email address, the content of the message, and any attachments you include. We use this to reply and to improve the App. We keep support mail as long as needed to resolve the request and for legitimate business records, then delete or archive it.

3.2 Purchases (Apple)

Premium weekly, yearly, and lifetime purchases are billed by Apple. Apple processes payment identifiers and receipts under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your full card number. The App may receive an App Store receipt or entitlement status so it can unlock Premium and restore purchases.

3.3 Analytics, attribution, and tracking

CoinDate uses GameAnalytics, Kochava, and the Meta (Facebook) SDK to operate Remote Config, measure installs and subscriptions, and understand which ads led to those events. These partners may process:

• app installs, sessions, and a small set of product events (onboarding complete, paywall view, checkout start, verified subscription);
• device and app information (model, OS, app version, language/region);
• IDFV and IP address (used to infer an approximate country);
• IDFA, only if you allow tracking in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

If you tap Ask App Not to Track (or equivalent), CoinDate still works. We do not give Kochava or Meta your IDFA, and we do not use them for cross-app tracking. Coin photos, collection contents, and on-device identification results are not sent to these partners.

Purchases are billed by Apple. Meta’s native SDK may also observe StoreKit purchase events. We do not send your full card number.

CoinDate does not show third-party banner or interstitial ads in this version.

These CoinDate website pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs (IP address, user-agent, path, time) to deliver the pages, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Website logs are not linked to your on-device coin collection.

4. Permissions

• Camera — to photograph coins for on-device identification. You can refuse; you will not be able to scan with the camera.
• Photo library — only if you pick an existing photo. The App reads the image you select; it does not need full library access beyond what iOS grants for that pick.
• Tracking — iOS may ask for permission to use a device identifier to measure advertising. Allow or deny; identification still works either way.

5. No account; children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You do not create a Tsinginc account. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• with Apple, as required to complete or restore a purchase;
• with GameAnalytics, Kochava, and Meta, as described in section 3.3;
• with service providers who host this website or our support inbox, under contracts that limit use;
• if required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (you would still be protected by this policy or a successor policy with equivalent protections).

7. International operation

Tsinginc is registered in Hong Kong. If you email us from another country, your message is processed in Hong Kong and wherever our mail provider stores data. On-device coin data does not leave the phone for identification.

8. Retention and your controls

• Delete the App to remove locally stored collections and photos the App saved in its sandbox (this does not delete your Camera Roll originals).
• Use Restore Purchases after reinstall; Apple holds the subscription record.
• Email us to request deletion of support correspondence we hold.

9. California / GDPR-style requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold (typically support email). Send requests to support@tsinginc.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. Because the App does not use a Tsinginc account, we may need you to write from the same email you used before so we can locate the messages.

11. Changes

If we add cloud backup or any upload of coin photos, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels before that version ships. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where the law requires consent.
