Terms of Use
These terms describe the use of TV Remote Control: No Ads ("TV Remote"), provided by Tsinginc.
Free, without ads or an app account
TV Remote is permanently free and ad-free. You do not need to register an app account, buy a subscription or in-app purchase, or pay to remove a daily command limit. TV pairing, a TV manufacturer's authorization prompt, or a streaming service's own sign-in is separate from an account with Tsinginc.
Using the app
Use TV Remote only with devices and networks you own or are authorized to control. Do not use it to access someone else's device without permission, bypass access controls, or disrupt a network. Only cast media you have the right to use.
Your phone and TV generally need to be on the same local network. Some devices require pairing, a PIN, a pre-shared key, permission on the TV, or a network-control setting. Use a network you trust and follow the setup instructions for your device. Network or mobile-data charges from your provider, if any, are separate from the free app.
Compatibility and feature availability
Compatibility depends on the TV or receiver model, firmware, enabled protocols, network configuration, and the requested feature. A supported brand does not mean that every model or every button works. Power, app launching, text input, volume, and casting capabilities can differ between devices. Firmware or third-party service changes can affect availability.
Media casting depends on formats and playback features supported by the receiver. Selecting a photo, video, or audio item for casting does not provide general screen mirroring. TV Remote does not supply streaming subscriptions, paid channels, programs, or rights to media. Any account or payment required by an external content service is governed by that service.
Independent product
TV Remote is an independent Tsinginc product. References to TV brands, platforms, and streaming services identify compatibility or features and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Their names, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners.
App Store license and your rights
For the App Store version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is provided with the App Store listing. That agreement governs the app license; this page provides additional product use and compatibility information. Nothing on this page removes rights that applicable law grants you.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about local device data, selected media, artwork requests, website logs, and support messages.
For help, contact Tsinginc at tsinginc@gmail.com or our contact page. You can include your TV model, phone model, and the steps that failed, but please do not send passwords or pairing credentials. We will update the effective date on this page when these terms change.
